I am on 8 painkillers a day just to get through the day,so this operation cant come soon enough.
I am still playing chess but i dont know if i am better on the painkillers or not.
This is a game i played recently and my head is full of fuzz so i dont know if i am missing more or less good moves.
I am black in this game.
It was a draw right result?

I am not going to be to harsh so i only have two comments.
1) 6.b4 If one looks at the italian opening (where black doesn't play the odd h6 so white hasn't time to 0-0) a normal developing move would be 6. d4.
6. d4 exd4 7. cxd4 Bb4 8. Bd2 Bxd2 9. Nxd2.
6. b4 is more aimed at trying to gain the e5 pawn if black doesn't play 6. ... Bd6 (6. b4 Bb6 7. b5 Ne7 8. Nxe5 ) which hampers the development of black a bit since the d7 pawn cannot play.
2) 10. ... - Re8 ? 10. ... exd4 11. exd4 Bxb4 or 10. ... exd4 11. Nxd4 Nxd4 12. cxd4 Bxb4 gains a pawn.

Thanks your comments are always to the point.
I developed h6 h3 move many years ago when i first played chess.
Then i had a big break from chess i still cant seem to get out of the habit of black h6 or as white h3.
I ned to work on and at chess to cut down on silly mistakes and lost chances.
I wish you well with your operation. You should try to play more active, when you do that you play better. Same about the endgame - I would continue, though right, chances of winning are not very high. Just create a passed pawn and see what happens.
Thanks guys.
I just hope when the operation is all done i can come off the painkillers and get the fuzz out of my head.
Hey ChessX,
I wish you well with the operation as well!
Did my answer to your question about creating individual pgns for the chess hero app help?
Have a good one!

Thank you, i hope the operation goes well then i can get back to running again, but mainly not be in pain.
Over the next day or so i will add a player database to chess hero.
Your instructions sound easy to follow i will let you know how it goes.
Thanks again.
That is great for head full of fuzz! Yes, it does look drawish. Hope your operation goes well so you can go jogging again. :-) I don't even try to jog these days, as I need to lose some weight and get more active.
Thanks guys it's getting close now.6 days to go.
When i have had the operation i will have plenty of time to blog, while i am recovering.
It's odd, of all the foot and leg problems that I've had, I've never had any real issues with my ankles. I've always thought that people are perhaps genetically predisposed to having different problems from one another.
All my treatment since my accident(may 08) has been in the Queens hospital.
During this time i have had a re-ocuring dream that i die in another hospital King Georges.
And guess what hospital i am having my operation in.
So this is one time i hope dreams DON'T COME TRUE.
